Their arrangements are a little pricey, but you often get what you pay for. This is no exception. They always use the freshest fruits and their creations look amazing.

I couldn't be more pleased with this location. I had an arrangement delivered to Plymouth to a customer's rural address. I received a call from their driver stating that nobody was home nor did anyone answer their call at the house. The driver said that they could deliver it on Saturday and I just needed to find out when they would be home. I was concerned that the delivery wouldn't be possible when I was told my customer would only be home until noon on Saturday. I callled the Edible Arrangements store in South Bend at 5:45 pm and spoke to a very pleasant employee who said that the delivery wouldn't be a problem at all. I offered to pay an additional delivery charge but was told it wasn't necessary. Today I received a delivery confirmation email at 12:00 pm! This level of customer service is almost never experienced anymore. I really wished I could remember the delivery driver's and store worker's names because THEY made a great impression and set examples of what great employees are! I will use this location whenever I can. Great job Edible Arrangements and thank you!
