This person lost my deceased mother's watch. It took 9 months and a lot of stopping in the store to get the issue resolved. The owner was arrogant and did not show remorse for losing the watch. He lies and pretends to want to be helpful but is deceitful. He lost my name and number three times. I would not trust this individual. I would not recommend this business to a friend.
