They cancelled my health insurance without ever notifying me. I found out through my doctor's office, two weeks later. I have spent the last 4 weeks trying to get it reinstated, only to be told 4 different reasons why it was cancelled (their mistake, not mine). I have been working with the regional manager, and still do not have my health insurance back. Open enrollment now ends in 2 days. It is absolutely ridiculous. It should be illegal to mess up so many times, and to then take so long to correct your own mistakes. I will likely miss the deadline and have to wait a year to re-apply, thanks to the negligence of this office.
Amazing to me how an individual employed by family services can get away with domestic abuse.
I am in need of a surgery because I have a cyst on my ovaries. Every time I call they always tell me the paper work is on It's way. This has been like a month or two already
Went in 5 times to submit the same paper work they said I didn't send the last time I was there. Went in today, just to find out, they yet again didn't "receive" anything. This is the worst office by far!!!!! How did u not receive something when I personally went in 5 times to get it you. BS
