We have lived here for a year now and I've had very few complaints and anything that is amiss is handled quickly and professionally. The maintenance guys are just the nicest and I trust them very much in my home. The front office ladies are always kind and courteous; always willing to help. We fell in love with our apartment when we first took a tour and we were very happy to be approved. This is a great complex if you have had credit issues because they're usually willing to give you a chance. Nice Clubhouse with many great amenities including pool, an indoor pool and 24 hour fitness center. Animals accepted. This is the first complex we've ever wanted to renew with. Great floor plans and very affordable.
Very peaceful community. Haven't had any problems with them. They are very helpful when ever I do have any questions and I like that there gym has turned 24hrs now.
I love this place! I just resigned my lease for another year :) The ladies in the office are awesome, and the maintenance crew is superb! Everything from maintenance requests to paying rent can be done online, and we have access to a great gym 24/7 with a new app. The newly remodeled apartments are so nice, and we have an indoor pool! To top it all off, there's a convenience store right in the middle of the complex, so we don't have to go very far for a gallon of milk or a bag of ice. I highly recommend checking it out!
A number of great amenities in the clubhouse-swimming pool, pool tables, tanning beds, pc's with printer, a theater, and room that can be rented for events & nice staff. There's even a small store in the complex where you can get a few groceries. Both dogs and cats are allowed in your apartment; you can have a cat and dog, two cats, or two dogs-80 pounds or less.

They have a valet service for dry cleaning and laundry too. They have laundry rooms in each building for those who do their own laundry.
