I was showed the apartment by someone who doesn't even work for them. The place seemed decent and was within my price range so I applied and got approved. Within a week of moving in me and my kids started finding little bites all over us. Come to find out the place was infested with fleas and bedbugs. I called and was told I have to pay for an exterminator myself and the receptionist kept getting smart and irritated telling me I couldn't talk to the manager because he wasn't gonna do anything about it. That goes to show you they didn't bother to clean or check out the places they put up for rent after someone moves out. Now I'm finding earwigs and albino spiders. Never will I rent from these **** again. Just because I had a bad experience doesn't mean you will. I just wanted to share mine.
Gene Risner is a great Realitor and he works here. This guy helped me buy my first home. It was a foreclosed house and it was owned by fanny may. There we're a lot of hoops to jump through but he stuck through it and we own it now. And we didn't know anything about buying a house. He pretty much did everything. And now even over a month later, he's still helping me handle problems I'm having. He's a great guy.
0 stars. Very rude and unprofessional. (Nathan pal) They will set up viewings and leave you waiting at properties with a no show. Then when you call them they wont answer only to text back rudely that they are not available at the moment after you are already there. Some of their properties are vacant and being used to register sex offenders against children which you can verify with the St. Joseph County IN Cheriff's Office.
