Jeff Burk took $900.00 dollars for me as a deposit for a roof repair. He never showed up to do the work after many attempts to communicate, chase him down, and multiple rescheduled days with him failing to ever show up. He finally had an employee return the deposit.
This is the most dishonest place we have ever done business with. We paid them $30,000+ for a roof repair on an old building we purchased, They watered down the coating and told my husband that's how it was supposed to be done to settle into the low spots. Our roof still leaks all over the building and we were told that Jeff went bankrupt and we were out of luck. Jeff has now "reorganized" amd is doing business under the same name with the same fb page and website. He won't fix our roof at all and said he is protected under the bankruptcy laws. At one point we called to talk to him and the person who sounded just like Jeff on the phone said he was his cousin and new owner. A more recent email was from directly from Jeff. The manufacturer won't stand behind their warranty because they said you absolutely do not water it down and since it was applied wrong their warranty is void. To top it all off we now have a different person doing the repairs on it and found that All-Tech had used DUCT TAPE on some of the holes!
