This Plaza does not have a lot to bring you there.
The parking lot itself is treacherous. There are many spots where you can't see if other cars are coming toward you and neither entrance/exit is great for it's primary purpose of getting in or out of the lot.
The lot also attracts a fair number of people who want to knock on your window and ask for money along with some regular pan handlers on the corners. I hear that the owner of the plaza is trying to get these people served with no trespassing orders as they can become quite aggressive when you don't give them any money.
Can find most of what you need here. Needs a bit of repairs but not in dire need of them.

There's a Starbucks, Penn Station, Auto Zone, Fed Ex, Pet's Plus, some bank or another, a tanning place, St. Vincent's thrift shop (bad selection, don't bother) and probably some other shops I find completely unmemorable.
