Normally go here for my lizard supplies and dog food and never really any issues. We bought 4 glow fish 9 days ago and they gave our current fish ick. They refunded the fish I brought in that died but refused to pay for treatment. We have ran this tank for over a year with no problems. Will not be going back, at least not to this location.

My wife went to pick up our online order with our 11 month old baby. A woman behind her asked to be checked out before her and your associate insisted my wife and baby wait for her to check out before he retrieved her order which was in view of the counter. We use you because you're convenient. Your prices certainly aren't the lowest, but I can now say your service definitely is.
Organized place. I gave a three because it seems they were short of staff. I eventually got help after 20 min. The cashier was busy so I didn't want to disturb. He was helping two people who were waiting on him while he was cashing out a person. But when I did get help I was satisfied.
Well stocked and clean. Staff have always been great.
