It took another ten or so minutes just to get the bill.
Wasn't too busy when my group arrived, but it took over forty minutes to receive food after ordering. During that whole time we never got any refills, or checked on to see if we needed anything. Food came out just warm, not hot. I ordered chicken noodle soup, it was gelatinous and it tasted awful, as if it was put into a soapy bowl?
This location is good for a sit down meal. Not extravagant by any means but you get a decent meal for a reasonable price!
The bathrooms weren't the best the floor looked like it hadn't been mopped in months or longer.
Went here for dinner one night for something different. I got the chicken pot pie and a salad. When it came out I right away asked for a box! My husband got the pork chop dinner-it was a huge piece! My daughter got the kids cheeseburger, "only pickle". Everywhere seems to struggle with this simple request but they got it right on the 1st try. Also, her burger was much larger than everyone else's kids burger, it went home for lunch the next day. That was because we ordered the pick 3 appetizer and for onion rings, cheese sticks and chicken tenders. By the time we got done with our salads and appetizer we were full! Portion sizes were great. Waitress was super. Prices were definitely worth it. We will be back!
Takes forever to get food and it's not that great. Last time i went i ordered tea and it had a whole bunch of thick slimy stuff in it and i had to send back.
Terrible service, small servings, over priced, and the quality of the food was worse than a TV dinner. I WILL NEVER return here again.
Who I assumed to be the manager came out and took the soup back when we told her the problem, offered a fresh bowl which I turned down because it would probably have been from the same pot. She took the meal off our check and also removed 20% off the whole bill, which was somewhat nice.
