They would not let me in the front door because my steal toed boots kept setting off the metal detector. They asked me to go through the drivethrew. It took 15 more minute than it should have because the woman forgot to give me a deposit slip, then had to send over my drivers licenses, and finally had to answer security questions.

Terrible bank I went in there to exchange bills because I had a bunch of singles, fives, and tens for larger bills and they asked for my ID which wasn't a problem but then because I didn't have an account with them even though I had my moms bank card, they wouldn't exchange the money because they have to know where it's coming from! Since when do banks not allow you to exchange money!! It's not like the money was fake I would have no problem with them checking my money but they wouldn't even take it! Steer clear of 5th/ 3rd they are unamerican!

Best bank I've ever had. Never have a problem. They reimbursement me when I do a withdrawal from a ATM. They catch identity theft for me before I do! And everything is just so easy with their mobile bank app!!
