Nice atmosphere, but staff wasn't the greatest. Our waitress brought us drinks and menus then, after more than 10 minutes, admitted that she forgot we were there! Food was good.
The food here tastes great, but I'm not sure it would qualify as truly authentic Mexican food. Still, it is a local staple for a reason. The wet burrito is a favorite of mine and one of their best dishes. I also like the fajitas. On my most recent trip, I tried the Grande Quesadilla with steak. It was super tasty and may be my new favorite.
Waitress screwed up drink order. Ended up with bigger margarita than what I paid for. Win win. Agave grande and two sidecars of watermelon liqueur. Midori all day baby!! Get that and a Taste if Hacienda otherwise I really don’t know what you are doing with your life man please believe me!! Woo woo woo! You know it!
The service is good and friendly. They have about a dozen craft beers on tap as well as a full bar.
My family had a great dinner. We were seated immediately, even on a busy Saturday night. Our server was very nice to our kids and attentive to us all. I have been to Hacienda countless times and this was one of the best experiences at any of the restaurants locations.
The place is fairly crowded and loud during peak times. expect a wait, especially during dinner unless you arrive early. There is a bar area where you can get a table sooner as long as you are 21 or over.
October. 2017. This restaurant is located in a well maintained strip mall. I saw a wild turkey in the parking lot, no idea where it came from. The food, drinks and prices are typical of what should be expected in this type of establishment. There is nothing for me to complain about but nothing spectacular to report other than the staff. They all seemed very friendly.
