Very good service we worked with corey he was in a wheelchair but he whipped right threw that lot to show us all the cars we wanted to see. Great guy great deal and i respect r&b for hiring handy capped. If you go there please tell them i sent you there.
****UPDATE**** after about 5 minutes of posting my review I get a response that says "we have no record of you purchasing a car from us" but within that same 5 minutes I get a voicemail from R & B in regards to my review....so if you have no record of me buying a car how do you have my phone number? BEWARE- take a look at their other reviews, whenever they receive a "negative" review their response is "oh we have no record of you".....Is that how you respond to negative reviews? Absolutely shady....and no I will not be returning your phone call. Don't try to make something right AFTER somebody writes a bad review....
I love my car, and I am very pleased with my extended warranty. However, I felt like I was nothing but a paycheck to my salesmen and all he cared about was getting my signature on the dotted line, after that I was nothing. Long story short, I had problems with my car within a couple months after purchase and needed some help with the claims process on my warranty, when I called my salesman he literally said "its the weekend so theres not much I can do"....that was it, no follow up to check on the progress or even an ounce of empathy....I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU GO TO A MORE REPUTABLE DEALER WHO DOES NOT HAVE A TRACK RECORD OF BROKEN DOWN CARS AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I bought a 2013 limited-edition Dodge Dart about 3 months ago and let me tell you, ITS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! Not to mention, ANDY and AARON are hands down the best people to go through! Both gentlemen were carring to my car needs, and me personally. The entire staff is outstandingly nice! R&B also does $100 referral checks, meaning if you've bought a car and refer someone to R&B you'll get a $100 check, so far I've gotten 2 checks! They provide excellent full coverage warranties on cars, each car that I looked at was in spectacular condition, and all around just an amazing car company! Don't forget to stop by and get your FREE CAR WASH they provide on Tuesdays and Thursdays! My husband and I purchased a new vehicle today, and couldn't be happier with the process. Cory was absolutely amazing to work with, and got us the vehicle we desired, at the rate and payment amounts that we gave. While they seemed like a tall order, Cory had no issues accomplishing it. We will certainly be ack to see him when it is time to get my husband something new.
