I have never been treated SO rudely by a "professional " in all my life! If this is the way they treat customers over the phone I can only imagine what trying to do business with them would be like! Pretty sad there is NO SUCH THING AS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYMORE!

SECOND phone call to reach someone I was referred to and was told no by his momma~ she says she screens all his phone calls! I only wanted my truck fixed!!!
