Waited over 2 hours when I was told by USAA Insurance that it would be only a 15 minute wait. This is what the driver told USAA. I called directly in to speak with University towing twice and was told just a few more minutes each time. NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP!!! RUN THE OTHER WAY!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TIMING.
