I have used this place about four times. Had tires fitted on new wheels twice, wheel balancing once and then recently purchased a new tire for my spare. These guys don't deserve 5 stars but 10 or more. Very friendly staff, professional, very honest in the service provided, reasonable pricing, understanding, respects their customers, jobs are done timely and I can go on. I highly recommend this place, especially for anything to do with buying new tires, wheels, balancing etc.
I have never found a more reliable and honest car place than Zolemans. I have looked, for many years, and they are the best. If something needs fixing they will tell me the truth, tell me how long I've got, and they don't try to upsell or scare me. My dad, brothers, mom, all have gone to this Zoleman's for years and have never had a bad experience. They are good at finding and fixing the problem you want, not creating new problems. Had them work on our Volvos, a Mazda, Kia, all have gone well. Volvo they are upfront about what they can and cannot do since it's an import.
One of the most reliable service places around... no inflated prices, no fake repairs, and solid work they will stand behind.
After drop off they did not call the next day. So I called them and they just so happened to be 'workin' on it' that very moment. AKA they forgot about me. When I went for pick up I was presented a bill for $36.00 for the simple repair of two rim leaks. I told them I thought that was steep (being that my garage of choice mounts and balances for $15.00/tire) and they promptly lowered in to $26 which I appreciated. Nevertheless I do not plan to return. I will say they were polite. But really what I want is reliability. I do not plan to return.
I checked with a dozen other places before coming here. Best price, great service, and they didn't try to up sell me
