UPDATE: I opened the hood for some electrical work and found the transmission dipstick laying on the engine! I will never come back!
Guy was really nice and gave me some options so you pick the best wash . When you going through the blow drivers they've got these little monkeys that get blown around and it's pretty funny
I go to he Drive and Shine on the south side of South Bend off of ironwood. I get my oil changed there all the time and I must say the guys that work there are amazing! They are always very respectful and friendly. I appreciate they take time to tell me what I need to have done. They are always quick too. Thanks to the guys that work there they sure do a great job.
I went for an oil change by the recommendation of a friend. The first visit was great! Was a little more than expected, but they explained that I have a big engine so it takes more oil. The second visit was not as great. They kept pushing all kinds of service that wasn't needed. I mentioned the dealer is taking care of one service and that seemed to make them mad. I don't think I'll be back any time soon.
I’ve been a VIP member for years now. Very happy for the prompt and friendly service I receive when I stop by. Great place to stop by when in a hurry, and have many MANY extra services when I have a few extra minutes to spare. Getting my oil changed was very quick and friendly! 10/10 would highly recommend whether you’re in a hurry or have an afternoon to treat yourself to a cleaner car!
The nice people at Drive and Shine make a mundane experience fun. Lot's of smiles and interactions. My dog looks forward to the treat and the stuffed monkeys in the blow dry area. And we leave clean and shiny!
