Great place to get a wash at a great price.
I went here for a simple car wash and the hose kept spitting air for about 3 mins so I went to tell the attendant who happily gave me my $2 out of HIS pant pocket, I thought that was all that needed to be done and the car wash worked fine after that but the attendant came back and said I needed to "sign a paper for the refund" so I thought that was weird that he came back while my time was running on the machine but oh well, a signature takes 3 seconds. The paper asked for my full name, a phone number, and address, but no signature. After I said I didn't feel comfortable putting all that info on there and he was very adamant that I do. He said the phone number is to "verify I got a refund" which I have never had to do before. So I put down all fake info just to get out of there. I was very put off by the situation.. I'm a young female and I was by myself and felt very pushed to give out my personal info to someone I did not know.
Gets my truck clean!
The spray booth did not have rinse water. Once my car was clean and I spent my money into the box. I had no way of getting it rinsed. The attendant on duty couldn't care less. So I sent a polite email to their corporate office weeks ago in regards to both the attendant and booth. Since I have not received a response I can no longer recommend this as my favorite car wash. Find somewhere else who cares about your car and their own service.
