Walked in the manager was at the front registers and said hello. I said hello back and went to the kids area. I had my back turned and and once I turned around she was standing there pretending to be fixing clothing with her phone in her hand. Once I noticed her she says, “ Do you need help with anything.” I wasn’t even in the store for 30 seconds before she managed to make it to the back and just watch me. Every area I went to she was there. I don’t think it’s right to target shoppers. I was the only black person in the store. I love Old Navy but after what I experienced today Makes me think different about this location on Ireland Road. I know it’s holiday season and a lot of shop lifting happens but she didn’t even give me a chance to be in the store for 5 mins before trailing me.

I go in Old Navy on this the South Side pretty often. I rarely get good service other than one girl about my age. The managers aren't very friendly. It makes me want to shop at the Grape location and this one is closer.
I had bought the polka dress on sale and then came back today and got 6 more all super inexpensive!!! Love them!!! I haven't bought summer dresses in ages!!!
