After seeing the Kent State Sweatshirt I will NEVER set foot into any of your stores!!!! What tasteless crap! What in the hell possessed someone to design such crap???
Urban Outfitters Customer Service was the best I have dealt with in years. I typically deal with cell phone companies and other horrible customer service companies over the years and I was VERY SURPRISED at how helpful they were with my order that was mixed up. I will def order from Urban Outfitters again just because they have great customer service. I would rather pay higher prices for customer service any day! Thank you
