I hadn't been to the dentist in almost 10 years and had quite a bit of anxiety before my appointment but Debra made my experience very easy and calming she was amazing!!!
Great staff, very good at what they do. Probably the best dentist I ever had. Appts are quick and easy. Sorry but just can't give a dentist a 5 star because it is still a dentist lol
Had a dental emergency and had no dentist (mine quit accepting my insurance.) Had to wait 16 hours for the dentist to call me back. She seemed like she was rushed. I made sure to ask if she takes my insurance, she responded "I don't see a problem with it. We usually take all kinds." Not a great answer, but I went. I arrived, and they sent me out the door saying they don't accept my insurance. I was furious, in pain, and had just spent 40 minutes getting there. Lack of communication and rushed appointments don't mix well.
I have recommended Dr. Terrance Mahoney here in South Bend, IN to many of my friends, and I wouldn't hesitate to do so again. After suffering through a couple of bad dentists, it's a relief to have finally found a good one here at the Mahoney Family Dentistry! They do dental implants and fillings etc. I will not leave this practice anytime soon.
