I absolutely love this place. I was so blessed to have North Point recommended to me for my children. Dr. McCrea and Amanda have been amazing with my son, and helping my youngest (started at 18 months) be comfortable (in my lap) getting her teeth looked at like her Bubba. You can tell Dr. McCrea genuinely remembers his patients, and treats them like they are part of the team. I applaud the patience your team has for these precious babies. They tell my son every time he is there how proud they are of him, and how helpful he is by sitting still and following directions. I can tell he appreciates their recognition. I cannot think of one thing I would change about the facility the waiting room is super kid friendly with books, video games, and a child friendly movie playing. They send me texts a month, a couple weeks, and a couple days before to remind me of our appointments. in the room they have movies playing above the chair the children sit in and a bubble gm type machine they are able to get prizes from for good behavior. You guys are doing a great job keep it up!
Amazing practice! I drive all the way from Elkhart because the staff here really takes time with my children and makes them feel safe. My three year old loves the dentist!
It was a normal day when my 2 year old took a spill playing with his brothers. We noticed after he was done crying that he had hit his front tooth on the ground and shattered it into 3 clear cracks. I called there emergency number and got a return phone call in record time. Dr. Kilgore was unbelievable and understanding of a parents angst due to the recent trauma. I was able to send via text pictures to her to inspect. She asked us to come in for emergent care. We immediately made the 35 min trip to the office. Dr. Kilgore was comforting and helped calm us as parents. She inspected the tooth and made a determination for treatment right there. I returned to the office with my son and the tooth was extracted a few days later. You can really tell there is a genuine caring person behind Dr. Kilgore. I would strongly recommend her to anyone in the area. I cant imagine taking my children to any one else now.
My kids and I both loved the staff there, we drive all the way from La Porte however, they they will no longer see us because of missed appointment. I will no longer be recommending them at anyone.
My only regret in my daughter, Anika's dental history, is that we did not find this place 2 years ago. She would have been saved the severe dental anxiety she suffers from, thanks to her previous experiences at another office. Dr. Fishbaugh, was beyond amazing with her! He was very patient with this little 4 yr old. Thank you so much, Dr. Fishbaugh and staff, you deserve a medal!
