Closed a lot of the time. One call center answers the phone for all locations, and the call center never really knows accurate times. Also charged my insurance over $350 for a routine eye exam....no wonder this country is in so much trouble. Sorry...just seems overpriced. Also the prices of contacts were too high vs. online.
I have been a patient at Boling Vision Center for 3 years now. They always have excellent service. When I recently had pink eye and couldn't get scheduled in with my regular doctor, Dr. Layman did a thorough check and prescribed the appropriate medicine as well as gave recommendations for symptom relief and prevention practices for spreading germs. I would definitely recommend them to future patients!
Excellent service. Very friendly staff that really made me feel welcome and at home. My only complaint is that I feel the eyeware prices are higher than at other providers.
