The procedure went well for my daughter, mctigue was amazing, however we just left the follow up and after waiting 40 minutes past her apt time to be seen (I have two very small children) I was informed they "didn't know we were there" -YES we checked in! no apologies, and were very rude about it when I told them we had been waiting almost 40 minutes for a five minute follow up apt!
Dr. McTigue has been our family ENT for over 20 years and has helped myself greatly, my children and now my grandson! I have implicit trust in him. HE IS THE BEST!
