Went to get a haircut at 10:30. Stores closed had to wait until 11:00. Walk in to get haircut, not one person waiting and am told there is a 45 minute wait. I asked why there was no one in the salon? Was told internet appointments were scheduled and I could place my name on awaiting list (now still no one in the salon). Poor customer service my opinion. If there was appointments scheduled why no one waiting?
Despite having directions on file on how to cut my hair and discussing the fact that I only wanted the top trimmed around the edges, operator cut it so short that it can barely lay flat in some areas - some cut shorter that 1/2 inch. I had checked it twice myself during the cut but she had already massacred the back with clippers. I am a professional woman who has to go to work with this horrific cut. This is the first time in my life that I have never tipped someone for their "service." I plan to personally follow up with the manager as soon as possible.
Never know when certain stylists are working. They can't tell you so I decided that the three of us will not go there anymore. They don't care about their customers. So will go elsewhere and do not recommend anyone to go there.
Fast and courteous service and quality cuts
I went in to get my hair trimmed. When I went in, the lady said that to get my split ends off, she would have to cut off an inch and a half. I said that was fine. By the time my hair cut was finished, she had cut off nearly five inches of my hair. Then, I asked her to trim my bangs and just to blend them. She cut my bangs half way up my forehead and they weren't even straight. Even the rest of my hair wasn't straight. The front of my hair is about an inch shorter than the back of my hair. I've never had such a poor experience getting a hair cut. Needless to say, I will NEVER go back to this Great Clips. I would rather cut my hair myself than trust someone there with a pair of scissors near my head. I took great pride in the length of my hair and she cut a lot of my hair off without asking me, as if it was nothing.
