The food is fine but this has to be the slowest one I have ever been to. The staff is so slow and are not in a rush at all.
The staff went above and beyond to accommodate a sesame see allergy. It would have been easier to say no, but they made sure we were satisfied. They even wiped down the grill to make sure there was no cross contamination. Very happy with the level of service shown.
Best burger and fries anywhere
My most recent visit was at approximately 12:30p on a Monday. While the restaurant was nearly full, the line was super short and moved quickly (two people ahead of me, but I was placing my order within 3 minutes of walking through the door.), we received our food less than 7 minutes after paying. The order was correct, hot and delicious. Each employee that I communicated with was as friendly and helpful as possible and the entire restaurant was immaculately clean. My only complaint would be that the parking isn't ideal, but that's not something that 5 Guys can control.
This location is the best 5 Guys that I've ever visited. In terms of cleanliness, staff, speed, food quality and location, you can't beat it.
The only thing better then the burgers and amazing staff is the fries! If your looking for amazing burgers and even better fries you should try eating here!
