Delicious food, very caring, courteous, and surprisingly affordable for an entire family!! Really good military discount, everything was straight out of the oven!! I will ALWAYS come back here when I'm in town!!
Overall i LOVE this fazoli's. The servers are very nice and personable. The food is ALWAYS fresh, warm and exactly what you ordered. Only thing they can improve on is the drive thru. If you want fast food, the drive through takes about 15 minutes even if you're the only car in line. But, its well worth the wait! The food is fantastic!
Food was hot and correct. Young man at register was courteous, polite and smiled. If I owned a business I would have hired him on the spot.
Surprisingly good food for a fast food Italian restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised. I'm from upstate NY, and we don't have Fazoli's where I'm from, so this is my first experience with the chain. Two thumbs up for reasonable prices, and tasty lunch selections made to order.
This place has come a long way, I ate there 20 years ago and it was awful but my daughter and I visited to warm friendly service and extremely authentic fresh Italian fast food! Very happy with my visit
