For a chain.....I love Friday's. Good menu variety, great staff, good atmosphere in the bar. Good place for drinks with a friend or after movie munchies.
Not impressed. Service was slow. Waited 8 minutes to be acknowledged at our table. App came out quick and was good. Main course took forever. Wait staff seems like everyone has an attitude. Not one seemed to ever smile. Table was worn down finish is wearing off and the i found the ledge between the booths had a lot of dust on it.
The service was slow very slow. We were at the table for 15 mins before ordering water then another 35 mins for food. Food portions were so small. We order two full racks of ribs and they were smaller a lot smaller than you think they would be. I'm grateful they discounted the meal but was def not happy with the food and service.
I’m terms of the food, their “seasoned fries” had no flavor. It looked like they didn’t even salt them let alone add a seasoning. The kids’ chicken tenders were burnt. My “medium rare” burger was burnt past well done. They gave me 1 piece of bacon for an entire burger.
Food is good but they lack in portions and a bit over price for certain food.
The hostesses acted young and snobby towards us even though we were just trying to pick up our carry out order. They also didn’t give us our complete order so we had to wait extra time for the missing items. When we arrived home, there were more items messed up in our order. I wouldn’t trust their carry out.
