Clay High School isn't the greatest school. I went to Clay for my Freshmen year last year. I will not be attending for my Sophomore year. I feel as if South Bend Schools are getting over populated with kids. When I went last year in my Biology Class I had 32 other kids in that class. Its hard to focus in such a big class. Especially when half of them aren't even wanting to learn anything, so they are being disrupting. A lot of kids need that one-on-one experience to learn better. But that wont happen since they have 20-35 kids in each class. I recently moved, and I'am attending Triton High School, and I started 2 days ago. I love the small school. I have 4 kids in one of my classes. I have 2 in my Child Development class. It is so good!!!
THIS IS TERRIBLE SCHOOL TO SEND YOUR KID TO .
I love this school I would die to go back to the school
Disappointed at the utter lack of clay considering the school's name. Better just call it high school.
Best school I have ever attended, and everyone is very mature and accepting. I was going to go to St. Joe, but when I looked into it, it seemed like everyone was immature and mean to others. At Clay, people are kind, when someone falls down we all help them back up. There are 'bad kids' here, but there will be at every high school, the difference is the 'bad kids' here are learning and improving and becoming the role models, which is amazing to think about. I love it here and for the first time in a long time, I feel excited about going to school in the morning.
