18 mins in the drive thru for a Hot Mocha Latte and all I get is half a cup of dirty water and the window attendant was rude.
Horrible experience tonight 10-11-17. Googled hours before deciding to make the trip over with my family and it said they close at 8pm. It was 7:20pm so we were excited to get some coffee and donuts. We show up to locked doors at 7:27pm and two girls inside taking donut trays out. One girl hangs her head out the window and tells us they are closed but we could still use the drive thru. A little annoyed at this point but we load back up into the truck and proceed to the drive thru. Waited at the speaker for a good 5 minutes before we hear "yes?" So we ask what donuts they have available and she answers very rudely "none". Mind you, we just watched them moving trays with donuts around so we knew it wasn't true. At this point we decide to drive away without ordering. I think the evening staff needs to be replaced. They are obviously not there to help the business in any way if they are going to lock the doors more than 30 min prior to what the posted hours on the door say and then proceed to tell people they have nothing. As we were leaving another car pulled in and we told her of our experience and she said that it happens at this location all the time. Completely unacceptable and I will be making a follow up complaint to the manager first thing in the morning. If I could have given a rating of zero stars I would have.
Food was good. Service was just okay. Loud and they didn't get the order quite right.
I ordered two sausage egg and cheese croissants and two hash rounds in the drive thru. I get to the window and Jose asked me did you order wraps? I said no, and repeated my my whole order. Jose hands my bag, and I see there is only two sandwiches. Jose sees me still waiting, and says did you something? I said yes my two hash rounds. He then hands me my two orders separately thru the window not even placed in a bag. Then when I get the oder home the croissants sandwiches were not even right. I drive all the way back hand Jose my bag back and said I would like my correct order. I repeated my order again. I am handed a new bag opened it to check my sandwiches to see if they were right. But....there were no hash rounds so I said again I am missing my hash rounds. Jose said you should have kept your hash rounds we only messed up your sandwiches. I asked Jose you would like me to eat cold hash rounds now that you corrected my sandwiches? He mumbles and said well they were right and starts to make fresh hash rounds. He tosses the cooked hash rounds in my bag, and turns around. Not once did I get a I’m sorry for mess up after I have wasted gas and my time for him to be able to correct his mistake! He was more worried about discussing why there wasn’t a tip cup in drive thru window with another employee! Worst service I have ever received.
Almost everytime I go they never get my order correct. I told the manager my order was not correct and he said you got what you ordered.
