Everyone was pleasant from Christie to Dr. Turner. Just a little to much chit chat during the filling process.
Dr. Turner and the crew at University Park are fantastic. I was referred by my regular dentist who was out of the office because I needed an emergency root canal and crown. They were able to squeeze me in the same morning that I called for help. The staff was super courteous to me which was helpful because I had never had a root canal. Dr Turner came in and explained everything he needed to do every step of the way. Furthermore all the work he performed went flawlessly and I didn't feel any pain any more. I woke up the next morning expecting for my jaw to be sore and it wasn't! I am so thankful to Dr Turner and his staff for all they did and I will surely be using them in the future.
Dr Turner and staff are punctual, professional and thorough. If you ask, they give you your toothbrush at the beginning so you don't have to remember to pack one. Appointments always run on time. These conviencences make it easy to squeeze an appointment in the midddle of a busy day.
Always been the best dental experiences when I attend Dr Turner's office. I would highly recommend this office for people that need staff to go the extra mile. Dr. Turner and these ladies really know how to treat their clients. They genuinely want you to be comfortable. It shows. Love these guys!!!!
