INFORMATIONAL NOTE: Doctor's Offices these days are not in control of billing. The corporation is. If you make monthly payments make sure you set this up with the billing office to let them know your financial situation so they make a note of this within their billing records.

I did need to wait once 30 minutes to get into my appointment, but this is to expected on occasion with Family Practice offices. I have had 4 - 5 appoints, and multiple phone calls this past year and I am glad to have found a physician that knows what she is doing and actually cares about my well-being.

I have never had a problem with staff and my experience is that they went out of their way to accommodate me when the the health insurance locally tried to price gouge on decades old generic prescriptions, and we had to find what other medication would be as effective as the lower rate.

Nice clinic with great Physicians. Had a good experience 8 months ago with my new Doctor. He wanted to recheck my labs in 8 months so he gave me a scrip to have labs re-done and scheduled an appointment. So I went back on the scheduled day but apparently the clinic only has one lab tech who is out on maternity leave so I was told to go to the SB medical foundation. So I've already been fasting for 12 hours and I have to go to a different location and wait a few more hours. I wonder why they don't have the resources to bring in a substitution when there only lab tech isn't available . I couldn't make it to the other lab so I had to cancel my Doctors appointment. Poor service.......

This place is not patient friendly. The so called "experienced" staff argues with each constantly and makes patients wait longer while they argue. They also complain about other co-workers in front of the patients. I absolutely discourage anyone from using this clinic for any reason. You will not get the care you need from this staff.

Dr Stoldt and his staff are always awesome.

In addition, to the problems with prescription I was having a difficult time with renewing my handicap placard and at one point was rude to the medical assistant over the phone who did not throw it back at me. I later apologized (in person) to her. She was gracious enough to give me a smile and forgive me.

Diagnostics is dependent on many factors: lab tests done, and whether the patient informs the doctor about ALL unusual symptoms whether the patients things they are connected, or not, as well as, all medications, drugs, alcohol, or herbal types of preparations they may take at home. Many health disorders can exhibit with the same symptoms. Without all of the "clues" it is more difficult to arrive at a accurate diagnosis, and sometimes it takes a visit or two to get to the cause of the current problem.

I went to see dr bad-- I had to wait a long time to see her and they messed up my appointment time.st Joseph physicians network sent me a bill and I don't make a lot of money I'm disabled ssdi.so I started making payments every month to pay the bill and after 3 months they sent it to collection for more than I owed them.so if you plan on going to st Joseph physicians network you better have a lot of cash because they over charge your insurance and make you pay out of pocket.st Joseph physicians network why couldn't I keep on making payments.I absolutely wouldn't recommend going to st Joseph physicians network.they don't even deserve one star.the original bill was $215.00. HORRIBLE!

I'm a retired RN who moved back to Indiana from Washington state. Doctor Badal is the FOURTH doctor I have tried in an attempt to find one I could trust with my health. I lived in Osceola at the time, and tried three in the Beacon Group who were refused to listen, and ranged from lukewarm to rude. This office is the opposite and I am extremely happy with the staff.
