I've been SO disappointed and frustrated with the level of service from the office and nursing staff this year. My son has been going to this practice for 8 years, and I had been going there for 2 years. The services were typically adequate, but this past year it has really gone downhill, fast. It's very difficult to get in touch with anyone; the nurses and doctors are not reachable by phone or email.
It used to be possible to leave a message for a nurse (after which they hopefully return your call after a day or two), but they have even took that option away. Now, you can only speak to the front desk staff, but only after sitting on hold for ages. Each time, it is a different person, and not a single one of them seem to know how to use the software and cannot answer most of your questions. Paperwork often gets misplaced and no-one can find it.
Now that our doctor has retired, I have already found a new practice for myself and will find one for my son as well.
My wife called to make an appointment this morning and talked to Heather. She was treated so rudely on the phone that she decided to make an appointment somewhere else. Very sad that people choose to act this way. Makes me wonder about the level of care if patients are mistreated before they even walk through the door.
