Games at fair prices
Out of the four locations around here I like the 933 location the best. The Ireland location is not bad, but it seems like they are less organized. The customer service is good, but can be better depending on who's there the day you go. As with all Gamestop stores, they need bigger facilities. Sometimes, especially around Thanksgiving and Christmas, it is terribly hard to navigate through the stores.
Usually have what I'm looking for. It's a pretty good store with very nice staff that can have the almost same amount of game knowledge as you. Just kinda hard to find a Switch their when it's in stock :/
They absolutely never pick up the phone and on top of it the voice mailbox is full, why even have a phone? And I can 100% attest to the person who say's their is a "homeless" guy loitering in there, I know exactly who you are talking about. At least 4 times I've seen him sitting on the floor and I feel bad for him, but he literally does smell up the entire store and I've walked out due to the smell at least twice because it was THAT bad.
AMAZING customer service. I returned a PS4 controller because I was unhappy with its quality( I got it with the system, and the rubber was coming off the left stick). The manager, (I think, named Dan),hand to God, pulls a new one off the shelf and starts opening it up. I'm a bit confused, so I ask, "Wait, is that a new one?" He says, "Yep, I'm gonna give you a new one for the trouble." I don't think I've ever gotten such great customer service anywhere of this quality. I think I have a new favorite store.
