Horrible customer service. Lied about lead times for phone when ordered. Said it would take 2 weeks. Ended up taking almost 8 weeks. They said they would call as soon as the phone was delivered. Just got off the phone with customer service. The store has had my phone since Dec. 6th and never contacted me. Every time i have called they tell me "we cant give you any information. It will come when it comes and we will call you.."
The people are kind, but we spent 2 & 1/2 hours yesterday, then ANOTHER 2 hours today, and we still didn’t get the stuff we wanted.
Great service. Staff really cares and will do their best so you leave happy
Horrible, keeps on messing with the contract even when told numerous times to leave it the way it is. Let's other people who are not allowed mess with the contract.
