I like Lowe's, if I have a problem, they will fix it no problem. It's easy to get to from all parts of town. Their helpful.
Was not impressed by the customer service that I received today. I was ready to make a purchase on a big ticket item for a Christmas gift. But, the way I was "handled"...mostly as if I were a annoyance by having a question and after waiting some time and being passed by various personnel, I walked away miffed, and empty handed. Not certain about when I'll be back, if ever. I'll take my money to those who appreciate my business.

In the past 2 1/2 years that we have lived here and shopped at South Bend/Ireland Rd. Lowes we have been pleased with the way they treated us when we had a problem. We bought a 1950's brick home and are remodeling it. Everything has been purchased at Lowes. Kitchen cabinets..countertop..etc..bathroom shower/tub..vanity..etc..all new flooring from Pergo..rugs..paint..brushes..etc..etc..tools..insulation..Monday we had 2 rooms of carpet laid $1444.00 and the installers scratched the baseboard..not just one or two but several scratches!! I have been on the phone back and forth for 3 days and am still sleeping in my living room. Don't want to move back in bedrooms til the baseboard is taken care of. $1444.00 and all I'm getting is one headache after another!! I've never been so disappointed in the way Lowes has handled this ..or not that is
