Jim was extremely knowledgeable and explained the problem I was having. I called both Ace Plumbing and Roto-Rooter. Roto Rooter never gave a response and Ace called back, however, he said the cost to come out and do the job was more after 5pm, then quoted me he would be at my house between 4-6. Well, we know what that would have meant. Anyway, Jim told me he would be here around noon and was on time. He gave me a quote. thereafter, for the first hour. He took just less than an hour to clean my drain and charged what he quoted and was friendly. He's a local outfit and you don't feel like you get put in line. Highly Recommended.
