Pretty good food, fast and nice people.
The beard was dry and hard. The food wasn't that good. When ordering with my family all we heard was a man shouting next. Thought they were very rude. I know speed is everything there. But dear god pick up a book on customer service or a hospitality book.
I can't stand that no matter where I am, they have 7 different stores in South bend that deliver up to one street away. But not to my location, great job at not being able to deliver food.
The last three times that I had jimmy johns delivered to my home it was definitely was not "freaky fast" took 45 minutes and the my order was missing my beverage. I love jimmy johns sandwiches but wont order from this jimmy johns again.
I work downtown, and when I want a sandwich and I want it fast, this is way better than Subway. Hands down. I've always had a great sandwich here. My main complaint is the noise. The music is way too loud.
