Our pizza was borderline cold and had no sauce when we asked for extra and our breadsticks were cheese sticks. Just was kind of disappointing
Rude manager and employees. Gave up on my delivery order after two hours. Contacted corporate with a promise of a response from the general manager. Never heard back.
Didnt even want to give 1 star i woulve gave negative stars if possible didnt get half of what i ordered what i did order was wrong i called and they werent even willing to fix it was just told well we will give you credit for what you didnt get instead of offering to send it out to us and why would i want credit like im ever gonna order from here again slow crappy service incompetent workers and a waist of time. Dominos does a better job.
Really slow. Managers don't seem to be doing their job. ordered a pizza for delivery and was told it would be 1hour and 30min and it was understandable because of the snow. The person who took my order was a male and had the hardest time understanding my order. Asked me 3 times what I wanted on my pizza. Anyways the delivery time got there faster than promised which is why I put 3 stars. It was delivered by some young man who looked 16, gray glasses, was really nice and professional I was surprised of how proper and cheerful "Pizza Hut" drivers are. He explained why it was a little congested. He should be a manager someone who actually cares about the customers and tries to get to places on time or sooner. The pizza was actually good and really warm. I would buy again but would have to order carryout for it to be faster for me and my family.
Worst overall experience I have ever had with a chain restaurant. Having already given up on delivery because of messed up orders, I decided to order pick-up. My last order was incorrect, so I was given a credit for it. I ordered my pizza well-done because for my last order it was severely undercooked and inedible. When I arrived at the store I was greeted with glances as employees struggled to fix two other messed up orders in front of me due a manager walking out on his shift. I showed up a few minutes after the time I was given for my order and I noticed what looked like mine sitting in the warmer with the box lid part open. I continued to wait while the other customers asked for employee names which the workers wouldn't give. I added a side of pizza sauce that took five minutes for a very large and exhausted individual to retrieve. Finally, I got my food and left, only to discover, at home, that my pizza was again way undercooked! The dough was light and still rubbery in places, even after asking for well-done. I called the store to speak with the GM. The phone was placed on the counter on my second attempt to speak with someone. I made the mistake of using speakerphone on my cell, because in the span of a less than a minute the "f" word and others flew out of employee's mouths several times while my 3 year old was next to me. I finally spoke with the GM, who promised to call me back. She has not called back as of this post. I am now seeking a District Manager who can hopefully fix this place. I just want what I ordered to be done right and somewhat on time. Not too much to ask, really.
