Just DISGUSTING!! I walked in to pickup my order, one guy stopped making the pizza and came to the register, handled the money and went back to making pizza without washing his hands. another guy licked his fingers to open a plastic bag and then stuck his hands in the pepperoncini pan. other employees were eating while making pizza. this place is filthy and should be shut down until they re train their employees on how to handle food.
When I went inside to get the pizza there were about 10 people inside and only one person greeted me and they mumbled “we’ll be right with you”. Several minutes later a young girl walks slowly out to the register, making sure not to say hello or even look at me when walking out. After she does something in the register she looks up at me and asks what I need. I told her I was picking up and she printed out the receipt and handed it for me to sign but said nothing in the process. I signed the paper and she handed me my pizza and still said nothing, she just stared at me with a blank expression. I then was finally able to get out of there. And to top everything off they messed up my pizza too! I would rather go out of my way to go to a different Papa johns or go to another pizza place then go to this establishment again!
On my way to this particular Papa Johns we passed two Papa johns delivery cars that were driving recklessly, both cars pulled out directly in front of other cars and one of the delivery cars honked at an oncoming car because they were “ in the way”.
The place is a dump. Ill try and post the picks of the black greased staines mens restroom door and the black greased employee entrence to the pizza floor. Looks like a mechanics shop. I had my kids use the women's restroom because the men's was so disgusting. There is no way employees are washing their hands. Be warned!
My fiancé called an order in and they said it would be delivered within 45 minutes. So an hour later still no pizza so I called them. They said it's on its way now. Still no pizza after 2 hours. Delivery guy calls and said he couldn't find it so he took the pizza back the store. He argued with my fiancé over the phone and was very disrespectful to her. My fiancé asked for the manager and when he got on the phone it was no better. Very disrespectful place of business. They will never get our business again. What happned to customer service? Doesn't exist at this place.
I don't think I've ever had a good experience at this place. Every time I order the buffalo chicken pizza, it NEVER has the buffalo sauce, drivers have demaded cash payments from me even though I already paid with a card, and tonight, they brought me the wrong order. They had to make my order all over again and deliver it back to me. I called them soon after the driver left from the initial delivery just to find out when I could expect my pizza. They told me it was in the oven and would arrive in 30-40 minutes. Made sense. It only takes about 20 minutes to cook a pizza. 30 minutes wasn't too bad of a wait. Yeah... It didn't arrive until 2 hours after that call. Since it was "in the oven" when I called, it must have been sitting in a warmer for at least an hour. Except the pizza tasted fresh, meaning they probably didn't even prep the pizza until an hour after it was "in the oven." All in all, I had to wait 3 hours and 10 minutes before I got my order!!! I understand making mistakes on busy nights. I understand that accidents happen. But what I don't understand is how it took them 3 hours to get me my pizza! Even with mistakes, that is excessive, and completely unacceptable. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from them ever again.
