This airport rental site has always been willing to go the extra mile with any rental I have set up. I had a cracked windshield while on this last trip and was able to go to the Denver airport Alama and quickly exchange rental car . Top notch service
My wife and I (we are in our 60's) went to the rental counter with our luggage. The clerk say "you have a standard size rental and it is in space xx". We walk to the lot, look for our rental and find the space. It is a two-door pickup truck! Did he really think that would work for us and that we would just throw our luggage in the bed of the pick-up? So we trudged back to the counter and finally got a car that would work for us.
Love Alamo. Use their service very frequently. Rental agents go out of their way to meet your needs. They seem more relaxed then other national companies represented. I will be back next week again!!
the representative did not give correct information on toll roads when directly asked. They car came with only 3/4 of a tank of gas and I was asked to return it full.
