Piss poor service! I rented a vehicle for my pregnant fiancé while I was gone for military training! I needed to extend a couple of days as my training got extended! They told me there wasn't a fee for extended but only if you returned early! Well when I returned the car, the operator on the phone lied and we got charged a fee for extended! On top of it when we extended it the lady on the phone extended it longer than what I told her so we ALSO got charged a fee for returning early! I asked to speak with a manager and "no one was available"! They didn't even have a number as they only gave me an email address!! The people there are of no service!! Horrible service!! Never renting from hertz ever again!
People were great.
Good customer service and a lot of help at the 1800 number. Had trouble getting a hold of people at the South Bend Airport and Mishawaka branch did not want to answer quetions.
Charged 60 for insurance I didn't need. Wasn't even offered insirabce.. Just charged. Won't use them again
The pick up experience was so quick that I do not have much more to say! Highly recommended to all.
The car was good. A small amount of damage on both front lower fronts...paint cosmetic which I pointed out to the attendant when I accepted the car. The car performed well...no issues.
The only negative was the addition of a fee not listed on the initial quote from Hertz for the airport being designated as a "port of entry." This $35 fee was a surprise. The attendant indicated it was a new fee as of the first of the month!
