They didn't bother to explain their complicated payment policy regarding the use of debit cards. Also, they didn't bother to explain their policy on out of state license. Plus, the plaza is far from esthetically pleasing. They don't let you get your car early either. 200 dollar drop fee if you go one way. Make sure you ask and understand the second authorized driver policy. You must have a credit card.
The employees were so polite and helpful. My flight was super late and they held my car fro me.
I reserved a pickup truck a few days prior to my need. I called the evening before and was told they had one. When I showed up at noon, guess what.. no pickup truck. We were able to get one from the downtown location with a discount.
Great experience. Friendly staff, easy pick up and return. They upgraded me to a larger car with functioned which functioned well mechanically and functionally. Would definitely recommend Enterprise to anyone looking to rent a car.
As an Enterprise Plus member and renting vehicles several times a year, this has to have been my only negative experience. Enterprise normally does so well that I don't hesitate to use them instead of Uhaul or any cheaper option.
John McMillen, the new manager took care of the situation. Pleased with Enterprise and wouldn't hesitate to rent from this location again. As I said before, Enterprise is typically a great company. Every now and then, life happens.
