This is one of the best counter staff's in the country. They take time to make certain you're in vehicle of choice or better.
Excellent counter service and quick. Provided me with nice upgrade based on status. Doesn't always happen when there is counter service.

When I drop off the vehicle, you charged me $107.67. I was told it was due to a daily up grade. The vehicle was dirty, service light was on, and would not consider an upgrade. When I dropped it off in Evansville, IN the agent said she could not do anything.
The counter staff are outstanding. twice now I've been given a bad toll tag. When I called the number on my contract, the airport office number doesn't work, I called the National number who said they would relay the message to the airport to activate my toll tag. The counter staff told me they never got the message???
My last rental I reserved a vehicle using my National free days. I was told when I reserved the vehicle, I would only owe the taxes for those days which was less than $20.
I thought National advertises that your most valued customers can pick their vehicle of choice, GUESS NOT! I'm at your Executive Level, rented ~300 last year, 106 YTD. What are you think?
You should benchmark, Marriott's rewards program. When you reserve a room, you owe nothing, not even tax or upgrade. You leave thinking, that's a great program. I want to stay at Marriott!! Get it?
Enterprise should use this as a flagship for several similar sites in the United States.
Then, when I called National Customer Service to correct, the agent corrected the error but extremely rude by cutting me off. She acting like, yeah, I get this all the time, I'll just fix it so I don't have to listen to you. What a bad attitude!! What a bad rewards program!!
