I won't ever go back to Bob Miller Appliances. It started off well, was greeted at the door and asked what I was looking for...told him washer, dryer, refrigerator and possibly new mattresses. He asked me where I wanted to start and I said I wanted to start by looking at washers and dryers...he actually asked me if I wanted to just look around first or should he stay with me.
