Room had holes in the walls false information given about conditions they took more off credit card than they were supposed to. Front desk second shift male staff terrible. Management didn't respond to my questions or problems for days. Over priced for what the rooms are like. No phone in room dirt hair all over. Two different rooms and still gave me the worst conditions they had available. Very disrespectful. New management very untrustworthy. Spoke to some of the employees they hate him gave management bad reviews
Stay away. Pay a few dollars more and enjoy a better place to sleep. You could tell it was cleaned, but oh, still had stains on chair, plastered over spots on walls, broken curtain and dresser. We both agreed: no showers, too icky. And a lovely wolf spider on the ceiling above one bed.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Lots of desk space.
At 4 a.m. an unidentifiable intermittent noise started. Every 2-3 minutes it sounded like a huge machine was right outside my window. A street cleaner? A jet taxiing? An industrial size AC unit? A Stephen King monstrous fan? At 4 a.m. I just tried to block it out . . . Unsuccessfully. It continued until I had enough and left at 5:30.
Sorry Quality. I normally like you but this was an underwhelming stay.
However I found the room noisy. I could easily hear the conversation in the room next door. A little too clearly. One should not be able to hear or understand a phone conversation or two people plainly speaking.
This hotel had great customer service. The walls needed some maintenance work (peeling paint, patch work, cracks, etc). The pool was cold, slimy, and had very poor lighting. The whirlpool was down so I can't say anything on that. Mirrors in room was spotted dirty and room items were dusty. WiFi was very slow, may be that the hotel was full. The bed was very clean. Room was very spacious. Bathroom was clean with two body towels, two hand towels, two washcloths and a bath mat. Breakfast was decent. All staff were friendly and knowledge.
No staff could be found to comment to. I just drove away . . . No breakfast . . . No goodbye . . . No "thanks for choosing Quality"
Positives: comfortable beds, ok tv and a mini-fridge and microwave.
Great stay. Clean room for a good price. Very close to Notre Dame University campus. Front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
