I was here for 2 weeks on business.
I stayed at the DoubleTree as part of a company Gala. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived two hours before check-in time and the room was ready, allowing me to check in early and head over to the convention center to help set up for the Gala. The room was clean and extremely comfortable. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was very low, and the air conditioner was quite noisy, but overall my stay was very pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient, with a parking garage attached to the hotel. I look forward to my next visit.
Always a nice hotel every time I stay here. The rooms are always clean, the staff is always friendly and helpful. And as an added bonus they have a Starbucks in the lobby. It doesn’t get much better.
Front desk staff when checking in were spot on and answered my questions then and there.Room was cleaned every day. Room Service staff were excellent.
Front desk staff were gracious and helpful during the two day business stay. The low rating goes to the restaurant Baker's poor quality. This is the second business trip here and ate at Baker's both times. Service was extremely slow both times. Food quality was ok on the first trip but this last visit unacceptable. Two of us ordered salmon and we're served very dried out pieces. When I alerted the server I was told the message would be given to the chef. No offer of replacing the salmon or adjusting the bill. Have another business trip to here in the spring so . . .
The service was great. Loved the atmosphere , all around great place to be. A must if you're in town. Or just want to stop in
Bed was comfy and the room service food great.
