If I could give a ZERO, I would. The bed was atrocious and we both woke up in pain. Every hour or so, the main light came on by itself and woke us up and we had to shut it off, only for it to do it again and again ALL night. The room stunk so bad, like 700 packs of cigarettes and 42 ashtrays. Funny since this was supposed to be non-smoking location. Our room could in no way be considered clean, as the dirt around the baseboards and the door frames really grossed me out. Dirty glasses and silverware that had to be washed before use. Went to complain and found nobody manning the "24 hour" service desk. Checked out and found nobody around at the "24 hour" service desk so we just walked out. Worst hotel I have stayed at, especially for the rate, that was clearly jacked up for the football game going on that day (which we were NOT there for). And of course everything was non-refundable. I will never stay at this chain again. And my entire family who were lucky enough to be staying at a hotel next door, they all will be avoiding it as well! That would encompass about 13 of us!
Customer service was great. However. The room was not. Make sure you check your bed sheets ladies and gentlemen. Just giving you a word of the wise.
Awesome stay.... The staff was amazing. Management has turned this hotel around. as soon as you walk in it smells so great. Stay here when your in town
Stayed here while my husband was in town to work. The hotel was clean and the staff was amazing. We felt right at home, the only problem we encountered was that the pool was shut down for a couple days, but it was back up for the remainder of our stay. Overall we had a really good experience and will be returning
It felt very homey and has a kitchen area. They kept renting out our room night 2 but other than that it was fine. They fixed everything
